Carpal Tunnel Exercises
What are Carpal Tunnels?
If you've found your way here then you may already have some idea of the
answer to that but it doesn't hurt to re-cap.
The Carpal Tunnel is like a trough in each wrist that comprises of wrist bones and
a hard strap called the "carpal tunnel ligament". Inside each tunnel are 9 tendons and the "median nerve". The
median nerve can become pinched if space is limited in there. If this occurs you will experience numbness or other
sensations in the thumb, first two fingers. and half of the ring fingers.

There's nothing that can be done right? Wrong!
Most people just "put up with it" or radically change their life style believing
there is nothing that can be done for them.
Others believe (usually having been told by their doctor) that the only options
are pills, injections and surgery. We all know that every pill or shot has side effects and any surgery no matter
how "routine" it may be considered is never 100% safe and Carpal Tunnel surgery doesn't actually have that
good a success rate any way.
That's the bad news out of the way, now for the good
news! You see, there are things that can be done that (most) doctors don't know about. More on that in a
moment but here's some more good news...
You may be surprised to know that many people who think they've got Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome don't actually, it's pain caused by muscle induced nerve pinching and not a problem with the carpal
tunnels at all.
However your nerves are pinched, it's painful! Typing on a computer keyboard can
be pretty much impossible, playing a musical instrument may prove too painful to continue for more than a few
moments, these issues can be very severe and have a huge impact on quality of life. In advanced stages of carpel tunnel in the elderly, if left untreated, could speed up the need for senior caregiver services due to the pain and debilitating nature of it.
With Carpal Tunnel exercises and other techniques you can naturally reverse the
problems and return to pain free hands and wrists in relatively short order. Carpal Tunnel exercises can also
help strengthen your hands/wrists/fore-arms as well which will improve your general gripping, lifting and
other associated strength.
Where can I find out more about getting rid of Carpal Tunnel pain?
Searching round the web for information on this hellish condition and looking for
Carpal Tunnel exercises I came across a web site by a man called Terry Roberts who's performed a huge amount of
research and put it all into a handy e-book and audio book.
This means you don't have to put in the months or even years it might take you to
find the same resources and peform the same research, why re-invent the wheel?! This e-book/audio book is your
short cut to understanding the wrist pain you're currently suffering from and learning the
non-invasive techniques for overcoming it that Terry has discovered.
This looked to be a highly comprehensive course covering pretty much
everything as far as I could see, from diagnosis through exercises right up to making the best choices if the
dreaded surgery turns out to be the only option and a whole lot more inbetween. When I saw it I
immediately signed up as an affiliate because it looks so good. It's called "Conquering Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome".
I think this course stands a very good chance of relieving wrist and hand pain in
many people who follow it. Terry seems to be so confident you'll be as pleased as
the people in the testimonials on his site I noticed he offers a
very generous 60 day 100% money back guarantee!
So what have you got to lose but your pain? Don't you owe it to your self to
at least take a look at what Terry has to say with an open mind?
