Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptoms
It's pain in the wrists right? Well, yes and no. Numbness
in your little fingers, thumb pain and numbness in just one finger are all symptoms that a great many people assume are carpal
tunnel syndrome symptoms but in fact they're not.
They are painful that's for sure and they are important problems
that can be rectified but they're not the syndrome people often assume they are.
In her video course Hilma Volk shows how to identify what the
problem is, where the problem is occurring and how to tackle the difficulty.
Carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms are quite specific it would seem
which is good for narrowing down what the issue you have is and allows for the best treatment for it.
Many doctors mis-diagnose carpal tunnel syndrome. Or to be more
exact over-diagnose it. A large number of them call any wrist and hand pain carpal tunnel syndrome because
the symptoms "sort of kind of fit" but in actual fact it may be something else like muscle tension and similar
which can be relieved pretty easily.
Often the pain in the hands can actually be caused by tight shoulder
or neck muscles. Amazing it's it? To think that muscles so far away can cause the
problem and yet they are such a common cause of the problem but relatively unknown.
Treating the muscle tension elsewhere can often have a hugely
positive impact on what may have been thought to be carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms but were just muscle trapped
nerves. Releasing the muscle tension may have other benefits as well including reduction or even elimination
of tension headaches and so forth.
It's well worth investigating these
avenues before taking such drastic action like aggressive drug shots (it'll make your toes curl when you read on
her site what some of those drugs can do!) or even surgery which has a reasonable chance of not being
successful any way.
Natural methods of tackling many of today's ailments are a great
first step. We'd never suggest not seeking professional medical advice but wouldn't it be worth checking out
natural ways of potentially improving your situation first? It can't hurt and you've always got "traditional"
avenues in reserver should the natural path not yield the results required but it may very well resolve the issue
and all without the various dangers. In my book it's well worth looking to the natural methods first before
the fall of the surgeon's knife or the prick of the doctor's needle. Don't you?
